Guilds as a whole are ignored by ANET, so the chances of a Permanent Guild Bank Contract are, well, we need to wait and see if they announce plans to lay ground work for this before we can guess. 3.
Xenon.4537. More bank tabs please. I'm drowning in tonics and armor sets for 9 characters! For some reason I need more than 14 bank tabs on my main and only account.Please consider increasing the limit to like 20 or even unlimited and take my money in the process.
It depends how much slots you want the guild bank to have. You can have a 50 slot guild bank without having a guild hall. I think you need to talk to someone in the guild initiative headquarters to unlock it and it costs 50g.tradeable. you can't trade luck or shovels with other players. what you can do is put them into a guild treasury, but from there items can't be withdrawn. but yeah, if you mean that with tradeable (trading it to a guild) - check the ig panel of the treasury. also maybe the wiki article for decorations, as the items from raids / fractals

I know the dev working on it but I am not sure, if he already wants to make it public, so i will link him this thread. I recently bought a 250 slot guild after it was offered in map
The Wallet is a special inventory panel that tracks currency totals across an entire account.
