Here is the mod. Open "Downloads" in File Explorer. Open the .zip (or in some cases, .rar) file containing the mod. Most mods/addons SHOULD contain a Readme file of some sort that SHOULD tell you where to put everything. For most stuff, the files should go in the directory for your copy of Zero Hour.
